I also offer private classes, One to One, at The little yoga studio, Goldington road, Bedford. Private classes are a wonderful way to introduce you to yoga, a way to keep your practice going when you can’t make a class, sometimes if there’s a particular asana (pose) that you are working on and need one to one help with or if you are recovering from injury.

Whatever your reason might be why not treat yourself to 2 classes for £100, 4 classes for £180, or even better treat your partner, mother, father or best friend to a course of private classes. (£65 for one off classes)
