Which Class?

Slow & genlte Flow classes

Perhaps a slower more relaxed class would suit you, either as a nice compliment to your fast paced life or as an introduction to yoga. In this class we work gently into lengthening the body, moving throughout your individual range of movement. You go at your own pace & can find your way into yoga poses with guidance & attention.

Vinyasa Flow classes

Feel the smooth flow of vinyasa, moving the body in time with your breathe, help you let go of your busy day, taking the time to work through the body with Focus & strength. Easing away tension, stress, aches & pains, making you feel open & happy. Completing your sequence with gentle pranayama & relaxation

Vinyasa flow into the Sounds of Gongs and Crystals

5th December

When - Saturday 5th December 3-5.30pm

Where - Shift Training Club, Pilgrim Centre, Bedford

What is happening - I am thrilled to be offering our bi-annually Vinyasa into Gongs workshop with the wonderful Kanti from Divine Harmony.

What to expect - 2.5 hours of pure bliss 💚 we begin by choosing our affirmation card, these are purely there to encourage positive mindset and to inspire you to manifest all those good things into your life. I will then be guiding you through an all encompassing vinyasa flow practice for 75 minutes, into a few moments of stillness & deep stretching to completely open you up both physically but also these first two hours look to give you space and a gentle nudge to let go of what you don’t benefit from, free yourself from thoughts of judgement, doubt, self criticism and provide you with space to invite love, compassion and self encouragement instead. So when we come to lay in a comfy savasana (feel free to bring props, blankets or duvets even to make this a fully relaxing experience for yourself) We will be ready to let the sound so their work, to vibrate through the body, stirring up the energy and guiding it to where it needs to go. To help balance the nervous system and support the mind, body and soul as it need to be supported at this time 💚

The cost - £30 per person.

The event will last about 2.5 hours, 3-5.30pm, with a little bit of wind down time to drink tea and chat at the end.
